About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Handyman to support the weekly maintenance and upkeep of our industrial warehouse and production facility. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems on the fly, and keeping things running smoothly.

From minor repairs and facility upkeep to basic equipment maintenance and improvements, youll be a key player in ensuring our space remains safe, efficient, and clean.

Key Responsibilities
Perform general repairs on warehouse infrastructure, fixtures, and non-production equipment
Patch walls, repair flooring, replace lighting, and address plumbing issues
Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and facility grounds
Assist with assembly/disassembly of shelves, workstations, and equipment as needed
Paint, caulk, patch, and perform basic carpentry tasks
Support safety and facility inspections by correcting hazards and organizing spaces
Coordinate with vendors or specialists for larger repairs or compliance-related tasks
Assist production team with basic mechanical support or emergency fixes

What You Bring
Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
Familiarity with hand tools, ladders, lifts, and minor power equipment
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in an active warehouse setting
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Positive attitude and a team-player mindset

Nice-to-Haves
OSHA 10 or 30 certification
Forklift certification
Previous experience in a food-grade or GMP-compliant facility
