Lead andmanage a team of Contract Setup Specialists by providing guidance,direction, and support to ensure team success and professionaldevelopment.**Contract Management Oversight:** Complete understanding and knowledgeof our project and contract set up to oversee end to end contractmanagement, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with companypolicies, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards.**Project Revenue Oversight:** Manage contracts with consulting projectmanagers related t contract setup and closeout, including projectplanning, resource allocation, budgeting, and monitoring of projectprogress and performance.**Client Engagement:** Serve as an escalation point of contact forinternal clients regarding contract setup and closeout processes,building and maintaining strong internal client relationships, andensuring satisfaction.**Quality Assurance:** Ensure the quality of consulting servicesdelivered by the team, conducting quality reviews, providing feedback,and implementing improvements to enhance service delivery and clientsatisfaction.**Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to streamline andimprove contract setup and closeout processes, developing andimplementing best practices, tools, and methodologies to optimizeefficiency and effectiveness.**Stakeholder Communication:** Communicate with internal and externalstakeholders regarding project status, issues, and recommendations,providing regular updates, reports, and presentations as needed.**Risk Management:** Identify and mitigate risks associated withcontract setup and closeout consulting projects, proactively addressingpotential issues to minimize project
