We are currently hiring carpenters in Hudgins, VA. The ideal lead carpenter candidate is a well-round carpenter with experience in wood framing. Pay is $22 - $28 per hour based on experience and skill set. If you have 2+ years experience as a carpenter apply now! REAL ID required to access job sites Carpenter Responsibilities: Responsible for framing work including wood wall framing, installation of wood trusses, and plywood sheathing Install flooring, windows, doors, interior trim, cabinetry, roofing, siding, insulation, drywall, and more. Ability to do trim work Ability to hang drywall Install of floors, roofs, and walls Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.) Ability to design your own layout is preferred but not required Ability to read blueprints and follow OSHA safety regulations Carpenter Qualifications: 2+ years of proven experience as a carpenter OSHA 10 or 30 is a plus but not required Supervisory experience Mechanically inclined Must have your own tools Your own reliable transportation Benefits: Weekly pay Paid time off Referral program Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k)
