un Skilled Carpenter/Framer (Bothel) compensation: Top pay for top guy/gal Skilled Carpenter/Framer (Mostly North Seattle, East side. but sites in all areas of Snohomish and North King county) Compensation dependent on skill level Multi-generational custom residential builder looking for full-time journeyman carpenters and foreman carpenters familiar with new construction and remodel demolition, concrete form work, framing, siding, and roofing. Expectation to have tools and transportation. Must play well with others! We have a good crew who expect a team mentality. Our focus is on new builds and high end remodels, but must be willing to perform a variety of construction related tasks. REQUIREMENTS: Valid Washington State Driver's License and reliable transportation Previous work experience as a Carpenter Knowledge of the safety guidelines followed in the Construction industry Excellent carpentry skills Good mathematical and analytical skills Good time management and multitasking skills Physically and mentally fit Good communication skills Ability to lift heavy objects Ability to work flexible hours Critical thinking and problem-solving ability Job Type: Full-time Salary: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Optional weekend work How to Apply: Please respond with the following details: 2.
