EXPERIENCED HVAC TECHNICIAN TOP PAY + BENEFITS (Central NJ)

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to design, install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working with various tools and equipment, including schematics and diagnostic instruments.

Responsibilities:

-Design and implement HVAC systems tailored to client specifications.
-Install and maintain air conditioning units, boilers, and other HVAC equipment.
-Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems using diagnostic tools such as Ohmmeters.
-Read and interpret schematics to ensure proper installation and maintenance of systems.
-Perform welding tasks as necessary for system repairs or installations.
-Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal system performance and safety compliance.
-Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
-Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding HVAC systems.

Requirements:

-3 + years proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
-Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles, installation techniques, and maintenance practices.
-Familiarity with plumbing systems related to HVAC installations is a plus.
-Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
-Ability to read blueprints and technical documents accurately.
-Excellent problem-solving skills with a mechanical aptitude.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
-Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
