3rd Shift Operator-Laser Welding

Nesco Resource is looking for a 3 rd Shift Operator-Laser Welding located in Bethel, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Shift: Monday-Friday 11PM-7AM

Pay: $18-$20/hour Depending on experience (+24% shift differential)

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Operator to support the production of precision medical device components. This role involves operating and adjusting laser welding and forming equipment while following written instructions and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Form parts using up to 10 lbs. of force
• Set up, operate, and adjust equipment per specifications
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures
• Complete production documentation, including routers and labels
• Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, gauges, calipers)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support department quality and productivity goals

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Familiarity with micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
