HVAC Project Manager and Estimator

Serves commercial, industrial and public sector clients in MA and NH with full-service HVAC, Plumbing & General Contracting Support. We seek a detail-oriented and experienced HVAC Project Manager and Estimator to join our team.

Qualifications :

• Ideal candidates will have experience with:

  • Estimating mechanical trades - HVAC

  • Evaluating project plans and bid documents, performing material takeoffs

  • Requesting material and equipment quotes from vendors

  • Completing estimates and submitting to owners.

• At least 5 years of experience with public & private commercial construction projects is required

• Job Type: Full-time

• Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
