Job Highlights- Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment on project updates and changes
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation including requirements, reports, and progress updates
- Review and process budgets, vendor bids, change orders, and invoices while ensuring compliance with vendor agreements
- Support vendors and clients with purchase orders, change order tracking, and invoicing inquiries
- Identify and implement process improvements; assist in creating presentations, playbooks, and guides using project management tools
- Bachelor's degree in, Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management is preferred
- Previous accounting, construction, or real estate support experience is preferred but not required
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with a customer-focused approach
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom; interest in commercial real estate and property management
