Tile Setter**
**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced and versatile tile installer responsible for installing tiles on various surfaces such as floors, walls, ceilings, and countertops.
**Responsibilities**
+ Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and priming them before tile installation.
+ Measure and mark surfaces accurately, cutting tiles to fit using hand and power tools.
+ Apply adhesives and lay tiles in specified patterns, ensuring proper alignment and spacing.
+ Finish by applying grout, cleaning excess materials, and sealing tiles if necessary.
+ Replace broken tiles and perform touch-ups as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Experience with using a tape measure accurately.
+ Knowledge of tile installation and waterproofing techniques.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Must have experience with reading a tape measure, blueprints, and using hand tools.

Work hours are from 7am to 5:30pm, requiring a 10-hour workday Monday through Thursday. Employees must arrive by 6:50am for a daily crew meeting at 6:55am, with an option for worship at 6:40am. The dress code requires closed-toe work shoes or boots, shirts with sleeves, shorts or pants longer than the tool belt, and prohibits sweatpants, leggings, or athletic wear.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
