Construction Laborer**
**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced and versatile laborer to support all aspects of building and construction. This role requires hands-on experience across multiple trades to support operations and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Areas of support will include framing, plumbing, electrical, tile, paint, cutting, siding, finish, and cabinet building.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist in all aspects of building and construction projects.
+ Utilize a variety of hand and power tools effectively.
+ Interpret and follow blueprints accurately.
+ Measure materials accurately using a tape measure.
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure project success.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Experience with measuring and cutting materials accurately.
+ Strong work ethic and adaptability.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in framing, plumbing, electrical, tile, paint, cutting, siding, and cabinet building is advantageous.

The work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 7am to 5:30pm, with options for a 30-minute or 1-hour lunch. Attendance at a daily crew meeting at 6:55am is required. The dress code mandates closed-toe work shoes/boots, sleeved shirts (no cut-offs or tank tops), and shorts or pants (with shorts being longer than the tool belt). Sweatpants, leggings, or athletic wear are not permitted.

This is a Contract position based out of Cleveland, Tennessee.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
