Southeast Gas has an immediate opening for a Construction Worker at its Andalusia Office. Responsibilities for the job include: Installing, relocating, and abandoning gas services. Responding promptly to reports of gas leaks, conducting necessary maintenance to repair leaks, and responding to emergencies. Assuring proper maintenance on all valves, preparing main tie-ins, running main extensions and service lines. Requirements for the job include: Ability to operate heavy equipment and ride/drive for extended periods of time. Involves lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and walking across diverse terrain. High school diploma or GED. Possession of a valid Alabama Driver's License. Minimum two years of experience is preferred. Residence in the Andalusia area. Benefits include: Competitive pay.
