Position: Carpenters Apprentice/Carpenter
Your Role:
Learn from Skilled Carpenters Gain hands-on experience in framing, finishing, and precision woodworking.
Assist in Residential & Commercial Projects Work on everything from custom builds to energy-efficient home upgrades.
Master High-Performance Building Techniques Learn about airtight construction, insulation, and sustainable materials.
Use Power & Hand Tools Safely and efficiently operate saws, drills, levels, and measuring tools.
Maintain Job Site Cleanliness & Organization A well-kept workspace is key to a safe and efficient project.
Work Closely with a Team Collaborate with carpenters, project managers, and HVAC professionals to bring projects to life.

Detail-Oriented You take pride in your work and want to build things right the first time.
Reliable & Punctual Show up on time, ready to learn, and work hard.
Comfortable with Tools Some experience with hand and power tools is a plus, but well train the right person.
Team Player Work well with others in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Valid Drivers License Reliable transportation is required.
