Per Se Group is working with a Indianapolis-based commercial general contractor looking to hire a Construction Project Manager for local work throughout the Indianapolis metro. The ideal candidate has experience working on ground-up and/or tenant fit outs within the healthcare, medical, office, or restaurant space.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans
  
  
• Manage project teams including engineers and subcontractors
  
  
• Review, organize, and distribute drawings, specifications, schedules, RFIs and more
  
  
• Create and maintain project schedules in coordination with Superintendent
  
  
• Maintain project documentation
  
  
• Adhere to project scope and budget
  
  

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience of Construction Project Management
  
  
• BS in Construction Management or similar preferred
  
  
• Ground-up or tenant fit out projects from in the healthcare, medical, office, or restaurant industry
  
  

Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this role is $100,000 – $120,000 depending on experience. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
