Job Summary

HVAC Tech Full time - Flexible days which may include Weekend Hours. Excellent Benefit Package!

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our dedicated facilities team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, as well as supporting other building systems such as boilers, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance. Your work will ensure the comfort, safety, and operational efficiency of the facility while adhering to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

As an HVAC Technician, you will be a key player in maintaining a safe and efficient environment for both patients and staff. You must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of responding to a variety of maintenance and facility needs.

Qualifications

Experience Minimum Required Over one year HVAC experience

Experience Preferred/Desired Over three years as hospital mechanic

Education Minimum Required High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalency, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC courses

Education Preferred/Desired Specialty courses through manufacturers Special Skills Minimum Required NH Gas Service License within 9 months of date of hire. Licensure and/or Certifications Required Driver's License, EPA Universal Refrigerant certification (within 9 months), NH Gas Service License (within 9 months) Licensure and/or Certifications Preferred/Desired Boiler Certification
