Senior Municipal/Civil Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design and project management efforts for public works infrastructure projects.

• Prepare comprehensive technical design reports for various civil engineering projects.

• Design systems related to water and wastewater treatment processes.

• Develop stormwater management solutions and roadway design plans.

• Create erosion and sedimentation control plans in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Prepare detailed construction drawings, technical specifications, and other project documentation.

• Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.

• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.

• 5-10+ years of relevant technical experience in civil infrastructure projects.

• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in New York is required.

• Strong experience in process design for water/wastewater treatment, stormwater, and roadway systems.

• Proficiency in developing construction details and specifications.

• Excellent technical writing and communication skills (both verbal and written).

• Ability to interact effectively with clients, agencies, and team members.
