Skilled Drywall Finisher/Painter/Handyman

I'm looking for someone who can bring three rooms with partially finished drywall the rest of the way to a nice level 5 finish. Everything is provided, or you can bring your own tools if you prefer.

Ideal candidate would also paint the rooms afterwards, and I have several other handyman type things that need done if you have those skills. One person who can do it all would be great, but candidates with only one/some of the above skills are fine too.

MUST HAVE solid experience floating / skim-coating drywall if applying for the drywall portion of the job.

I'm flexible on hours - weekdays/weekends/evenings are all acceptable and this could be full time or part time until the job is finished.

Potential for ongoing part time work for the right candidate.
