Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for a commercial project in Boutte, LA. We are looking for skilled duct workers who can independently handle full duct system installations. Immediate start available for qualified candidates.

Work Scope Includes:

• Hanging and installing sheet metal ductwork (spiral, rectangular, and flex)

• Installing and securing hangers and duct support systems

• Connecting duct systems to power sources and HVAC units

• Reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints and layouts

• Ensuring quality work while maintaining safety standards on site

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of HVAC duct installation experience

• Full knowledge of complete duct system installation

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, glasses, boots)

• Ability to read blueprints and work independently with minimal supervision

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
