WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Planning and leading renovation and construction projects
• Estimating materials, time, and labor needs
• Performing skilled carpentry-layout, framing, finishing
• Pouring and finishing concrete, including decorative work
• Handling drywall, door, window, roofing, and hardware installations
• Tackling small electrical and plumbing repairs
• Operating a wide range of tools and heavy equipment
• Purchasing project materials and supplies

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training in carpentry, masonry, or construction is a plus. Requires 3-5 years of commercial experience in skilled carpentry and structural work, including concrete.
• Experience with decorative concrete (staining/stamping) preferred. Must have a valid driver's license

SALARY:

• Pay Grade G7; $57,365 annually

WORK HOURS:

• 40 hrs a week; occastional overtime
