**Job Description**
+ We are seeking a skilled welder and fabricator to join our team, specializing in custom stainless steel tanks of various sizes and shapes.
+ The role requires expertise in stainless steel welding, particularly with high-cosmetic products, and proficiency in full layout and blueprint reading.
+ This position involves a balanced focus on MIG and TIG welding processes.
**Responsibilities**
+ Weld custom stainless steel tanks of different sizes and shapes.
+ Perform MIG and TIG welding processes with equal proficiency.
+ Work with high-cosmetic stainless steel products.
+ Conduct full layout and blueprint reading for fabrication projects.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding processes.
+ Experience in fabrication of stainless steel products.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 2+ years of on-the-job MIG/TIG welding experience.
+ Formal schooling and certifications in welding are a bonus.
**Work Environment**
+ The company has a history of manufacturing stainless steel fermentation tanks for the wine and beer industry, as well as fuel tanks for airports and the military.
