**Job Description**

Join our precision metal fabrication company that serves industries such as Aerospace, Medical, Appliance, Defense Contracting, and Architectural. As a TIG Welder, you'll be responsible for production welding on stainless steel, specifically 18g.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform TIG welding on stainless steel materials with precision and accuracy.

+ Engage in production welding tasks to meet company standards.

+ Read and interpret blueprints for welding and fabrication processes.

+ Maintain high-quality standards in all welding activities.

**Essential Skills**

+ 3 years of experience in TIG welding on stainless steel.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ 2 years of experience in reading blueprints.

+ Experience in MIG welding is advantageous.

**Work Environment**

Work on the 2nd shift, Monday through Thursday, from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM. The shop is climate-controlled and clean, ensuring a comfortable working environment. Optional overtime is available, and a $2/hr premium is provided for off shifts.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract position based out of Verona, Wisconsin.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
