Key Responsibilities:Lead architectural design and execution for luxury residential and multi-unit projects.Develop conceptual designs, construction drawings, and specifications while ensuring compliance with regulations.Oversee project timelines, budgets, and coordination with clients, engineers, and subcontractors.Conduct site visits to monitor progress and problem-solve construction challenges.Mentor junior architects, particularly in design theory, project planning, and high-level decision-making.Learn and adapt to Revit software, with support from junior team members.Qualifications:Licensed Architect with 7+ years of experience in high-end residential design.Strong design sensibility and ability to create functional, stunning architecture.Basic familiarity with Revit preferred (willingness to learn essential).Excellent project management skills, able to oversee multiple projects at once.Strong communication and leadership abilities.Boston-based or willing to relocate for full-time, in-person employment.Salary & Benefits:$100,000 - $160,000 per year, based on experience.Performance bonuses, paid time off (15 days), holidays.Collaborative, fast-paced design-build environment.Opportunity to mentor and grow with an industry-leading team.**A one-way video interview will be required for consideration for the position and should be used to put your best foot forward** This role is ideal for an experienced architect eager to shape the built environment while mentoring the next generation of designers.If you have the expertise and vision to lead, apply today!#J-18808-Ljbffr
