Industrial Painter

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces in an industrial setting. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work with various tools and equipment to ensure high-quality finishes. The Industrial Painter will collaborate with other team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety standards. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary. Operate power tools and hand tools effectively to apply paint using airless paint spraying techniques. Follow specifications and instructions for mixing paints and coatings accurately. Utilize cranes safely for moving large items that require painting. Perform auto painting tasks as needed, ensuring a smooth finish on vehicles or machinery. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with lean manufacturing principles. Assist in assembling components as required during the painting process. Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Experience Proven experience in industrial painting or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and warehouse operations is essential. Knowledge of airless paint spraying techniques is highly desirable. Experience in auto painting or machining is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
