Lead Pipe Fitter

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Lead Pipe Fitter to join their team. As a Lead Pipe Fitter, you will be part of the operations team supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lead Pipe Fitter

Location: Ashland, KY

Pay Range: $25.00/hr (Shop) - $30.00/hr (Field, with potential for increases based on performance)

What's the Job?

• Read and interpret blueprints for pipe fitting projects.
• Perform pipe fitting tasks in both shop and field environments.
• Travel to various job sites as required for field assignments.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion and quality standards.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and reliability in all tasks.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of pipe fitting experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints effectively.
• Willingness to travel for field assignments.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
