A manufacturer in the Greenfield, IN area is searching for a skilled Press Brake Set Up Operator to join their team on the 1st shift. This role involves setting up and operating press brake machinery, ensuring precision in production and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities Set up press brake machinery, including 60T to 250T Amada press machines. Read blueprints and make necessary adjustments based on quality checks. Change out tooling and make die changes according to the product being run. Bend, contour, and punch holes in aluminum and carbon steel sheets or rolls. Utilize critical math skills and a tape measure for accurate measurements. Use various quality instruments such as gauges and calipers. Essential Skills Experience with press brake machinery and machine setup. Proficiency in blueprint reading and troubleshooting. Experience in job shop environments and custom fabrication. Ability to use quality instruments like gauges and calipers. Preferred: Experience with custom fabrication and progressive press setups. Available Shift & Pay 1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday $25 Why Work Here?
