We're currently looking for a Commercial Flooring Sales & Estimator to join our growing team and help us deliver excellence on every project. What You'll Be Doing As a key player in our sales and estimating team, you'll take ownership of flooring projects from bid through completion. You'll analyze specifications, create competitive estimates, and partner with clients to bring their visions to life. Key Responsibilities: Review project drawings, plans, and specifications to produce detailed and accurate cost estimates Source pricing from vendors and subcontractors; negotiate to secure the best value Prepare seaming diagrams, scope documents, and bid proposals Collaborate directly with clients to clarify scope, answer questions, and adjust bids Assess risk factors and offer recommendations during the bidding process Visit job sites to gather field measurements and ensure estimating accuracy Stay current with industry trends, materials, codes, and construction standards Work closely with project managers to provide ongoing cost updates and track scope changes Keep organized records of project documentation and estimation history What You Bring to the Table 3+ years of experience in commercial flooring estimating or a related construction/project management role Ability to interpret blueprints, floor plans, and technical drawings with precision Strong mathematical, analytical, and negotiation skills Proficiency with measurement and estimating tools; experience with RFMS Mobile Measure is a plus Excellent communication, both written and verbal Self-motivated, professional, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel locally (approx. 50%); mileage reimbursement provided Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why Join Us?
