We are seeking a Superintendent with a strong field background and homeowner-facing experience . This role requires hands-on leadership , a deep understanding of custom home construction , and the ability to train and mentor teams while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications:

• Extensive field experience in high-end custom home construction.
• Strong homeowner-facing communication skills – must be personable and professional.
• Background in scheduling, planning, and team training .
• Experience managing high-end materials, finishes, and subcontractors .
