Schedule: 2nd Shift, rotating 223 schedule, 5:45 pm to 6:00 am

Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a variety of production equipment
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems including PLCs and motors
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvements
Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
Adhere to all safety standards including lockout/tagout and PPE protocols
Desired Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of electro-mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and reading electrical schematics
Familiarity with heavy industrial equipment such as cranes and forklifts is a plus
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work well in a team
Work Environment:
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role in an industrial setting with exposure to a variety of machines and systems. Safety, teamwork, and communication are essential.
