General Laborer/Crew Member

We are seeking reliable and safety-focused General Laborers to support vegetation control and site maintenance for oil and gas locations. This role involves cutting grass and controlling brush around well pads, access roads, and infrastructure using weed eaters and tractors. Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team in remote field environments while adhering to all safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Perform grass cutting and vegetation control using weed eaters, string trimmers, and tractors
Maintain safe work zones on and around well pads, compressor stations, and access roads
Operate vehicles and equipment safely on active and inactive oil and gas sites
Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance
Walk on uneven terrain and perform physically demanding tasks in variable weather conditions
Communicate with field supervisors and report hazards or safety concerns immediately
Follow company, client, and site-specific safety requirements
Qualifications

Previous labor or vegetation control experience in oil and gas or industrial settings preferred
Proficient in the use of weed eaters and small tractors or willing to learn
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, walk long distances, and work on steep or uneven ground
Strong commitment to safety and situational awareness in active work zones
Reliable transportation to remote job sites; valid drivers license preferred
Basic knowledge of safety practices and PPE use

Daily safety briefings and field-level risk assessments are mandatory
Compliance with all company and client site access protocols (e.g., PEC, SafeLand)
