What youll do
As our Project Engineer, youll be asked to take on dynamic engineering projects. We'll also count on you to:
Ideally, youll have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. If you have seven or more years of experience in civil design and project management, preferably at a professional consulting firm, we want to talk. Ideally, youll also:

What youll do
As our Project Engineer, youll be asked to take on dynamic engineering projects. We'll also count on you to:
- Develop and grow our engineering services by pursuing and creating business opportunities.
- Manage and provide work to direct reports to maintain billable utilization.
- Develop scope, schedule, and budget for projects.
- Prepare proposals and sell services to retain and obtain clients.
Ideally, youll have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. If you have seven or more years of experience in civil design and project management, preferably at a professional consulting firm, we want to talk. Ideally, youll also:
- Have a proven track record of successful project design and management.
- Be a licensed professional engineer (P.E.) or demonstrate the ability to secure licensure shortly after starting employment.
- Have a strong knowledge of site grading, stormwater management, sanitary sewer design, water supply systems and roadway design for residential, commercial and industrial sites.
- Speak and write well.
- Have strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Be a team player and excel at mentoring others.
- Have a passion for crafting tailored solutions and going above and beyond for our clients.
