Project Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable Construction Manager with Project Engineer experience to contribute to the development of internal standards and industry best practices. This role involves creating standardization across engineering projects, developing concepts, and implementing SOPs while working with high precision equipment and robotics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement internal standards for engineering practices.
  • Create and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Engage with external vendors from the US, Japan, and the EU to leverage industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with integrators to dissect schedules and optimize project workflows.
  • Bridge processing strategies and coordinate the acquisition of robotic systems.
  • Write and manage project schedules with precision and efficiency.
Essential Skills
  • Electrical installation expertise.
  • Experience in contractor oversight and management.
  • Proficiency in developing and handling construction documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols and practices.
  • Ability to develop and implement SOPs effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with high precision CNC equipment.
  • Familiarity with robotics and automation systems such as Fanuc or ABB.
  • Understanding of complex OEM systems and startup resources.
Work Environment

This position is based in Omaha, NE and involves working with cutting-edge technologies and equipment in a collaborative and innovative environment. The role requires engagement with vendors and integrators to bring industry best practices into projects. Dress code is business casual. Per diem is offered for this position.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
