Attendance Bonus: Up to $3,000.00 per year
Referral Bonuses: Earn $500 after 3 months for each installer you refer who gets hired, and/or $200 per month for up to a year for each foreman you refer
Job Duties:
Assist crew with installation of architectural sheet metal products including roof edge metal, standing seam roofs, wall panels, and more
Maintain a safe, clean work environment
Willingness to learn new methods and techniques while working as a team
Other duties as assigned by Foreman
Full-time positions with possible over-time
Skills & Experience:
1+ years of construction-related experience
Drivers license preferred (not required)
