ABOUT THE ROLE: Assistant Project Coordinator
Were seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Project Coordinator to support our growing team. In this role, youll collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to keep projects well-organized and on trackensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate project activities across multiple scopes, including plumbing, electrical, remodeling, hardscape, masonry, and tenant improvements.
Facilitate daily communication with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Assist in developing scopes of work, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Monitor project costs and assist with budget tracking and financial reporting.
Help identify and resolve project-related issues to maintain progress and quality.
Foster positive, professional relationships with HOA boards, property managers, and commercial clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior experience as an Assistant Project Coordinator or in a similar role within construction or HOA environments.
Familiarity with HOA compliance, construction defect repair processes, and commercial property operations.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Clear and professional communication skills with a collaborative approach.
High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
