Shop Drawing Draftsperson

Responsible for developing show drawings of Insulated Metal Panel Buildings and Glass Curtain Wall Buildings. Inputs will be relevant project Architectural and Structural drawings, product specifications, and standard product details provided by manufacturers. Generate Key plans, Shop Drawings, GN Sheets and Custom Details for the types of buildings mentioned. Will create approval drawings, and will generate Bills of Material and Fabrication Sketches for final submission.

Must have an Associate's Degree or foreign equivalent in Applied Science, Computer Aided Design & Drafting or other related field.

Must have knowledge of:

*Creating Key plans, evaluations, GN sheets, fabrication sketches & details using inputs of Architectural and Structural Drawings & Manufactures product specifications for: insulated metal panel buildings & curtain wall buildings;

*Creating project specific custom details using the standard detail provided by manufactures;

*Using AutoCAD and Inventor Software for delivery of above; and

*Software such as: Revit, Bluebeam, MS-Excel & MS Word is helpful.

Must provide letters of reference.
