In the role of **Senior Project Engineer- Packaging (PM)** working in **Milwaukee, WI** you will be part of the **Technical Services** department. You will be responsible for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing between 3 and 10 projects varying in size from $500k up to $20M at a time. You will refine the scope of a project, with the assistance of the project team and consulting engineering firm, to end up with a +/- 10% confidence level budget.
This position reports to Sr. Manager Packaging Design, Execution & Optimization and works closely with the Integrated Supply Chain teams' network and World Class Supply Chain (WCSC) Pillar teams across the organization
**What Youll Be Brewing:**
Initiating: As the PM, you will engage projects after receiving a business case from the Capital Planning and Strategic Engineering teams. In order for you to form a cross-functional project team, your outgoing personality, good communication, and your strong negotiation skills will be required. You will issue technical requirements and Requests for Proposals and Quotes (RFP and RFQ) to our OEMs/Consultants/Engineering Firms to begin the design and Engineering efforts that will prepare and drive the project towards a successful execution.
Planning: As the PM, you will, at times, work with a portfolio of engineering consulting firms to define scopes, finalize the designs and prepare packages for construction bids with the Construction Manager, write Purchase Orders (PO) to purchase equipment and materials, and Purchase Orders (PO) to support execution of the projects. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will lead the team to identify Value Engineering opportunities to deliver the **_optimal_** value to the enterprise.
Presenting: You will prepare presentation material as needed, for CAM (Capital Allocation Meeting) sessions. You will share summarized content (not limited to) on project-specific highlights, budget adherence and risks, milestones, schedules and serve as the voice of authority on clarifications needed by the meeting attendees. You will have situational awareness to tailor your communication and presentations to the given audience, which may range from plant technicians and operators, up to executive leadership.
Executing / Monitoring / Controlling: As the leader of the execution of projects, you will establish and conduct a cadence of project meetings, as necessary, maintain action items & progress lists, project milestones & detailed timelines, risk registers, facilitate/update/complete World Class Supply Chain (WCSC) structured processes, publish meeting minutes, and refine the business case to be presented through a stage gate process for approval to execute. You will monitor and control the quality of deliverables, holding daily construction meetings as required, ensuring that safety is of the utmost priority, across all projects. You will be required to maintain monthly, quarterly and annual cashflow forecasts of the project expenditures, provide Estimates at Completion (EAC). Deliver the projects to the satisfaction of the brewery customer.
Closing: As the project leader, you will be responsible for documenting when the project has been completed, conduct startup audits, and validate performance guarantees on installed equipment & attend Factory Acceptance Tests at vendor sites, as needed, as necessary and alignment with leadership.
Travel associated with project development, design and equipment readiness, and project construction through commissioning will be required, and as needed outside of these phases. In order for you to engage your brewery customers, travel ranging from **40 to 60%,** will be required.
**Key Ingredients:**
You have a bachelors degree in Electrical, Chemical, other related technical engineering field, or related years of experience
You have at least 6+ years of experience in a project management role and 6+ years of experience in a beverage/food manufacturing environment with a minimum of 3 years in high-speed beverage packaging.
You have strong ability to manage project deadlines, financial spending, and coordinate multiple stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

At Molson Coors, were committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
**Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings** : **$107,000.00** **-** **$140,400.00** (posting salary range) + **15** **%** target short term incentive + **$23,000** on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
