Assistant Project Manager

- Release equipment, understand schedules and budgets, assist with change orders, and anticipate scope gaps.

- Teach and unify the team, particularly Project Engineers (PEs), for cohesive project execution.

- Oversee installations, including work plans, submittals, RFIs, take-offs, and PE checklists.

- Coordinate daily with subcontractors to discuss progress and address issues.

- Conduct site inspections to identify potential errors or issues.

- Assess coordination needs prior to construction activities.

- Provide training and support to current Project Engineers.

- Oversee construction of major structures like chemical buildings, treatment buildings, and gravity thickeners.

- Plan and manage integration of new structures with existing ones.

- Utilize Bluebeam Studio for documentation and collaboration.

- Summarize daily progress, update checklists, and prepare for the next day's activities.

Skills and Requirements

o2-3 years of experience as a Project Engineer with water/piping/waste-water civil projects

oUnderstanding of mechanical systems, process piping, process equipment, and overall plant processes.

oAbility to read and understand drawings and specifications.

oBluebeam experience, used for documentation, and viewpoint

oExperience with Microsoft Suite

oDriven and organized individual extensive wastewater plant experience null
