Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple electrical construction projects simultaneously. The role involves developing project schedules, budgets, and work plans, as well as coordinating with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams. The Project Manager will ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards, review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress billings, and monitor project performance while proactively addressing issues. Additionally, the role requires leading project meetings and providing regular updates to stakeholders, as well as supporting the procurement of materials and subcontractor services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple electrical construction projects simultaneously.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress billings.
  • Monitor project performance and proactively address issues.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Support procurement of materials and subcontractor services.
Essential Skills
  • 5+ years of project management experience in electrical contracting.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC, local codes, and construction safety practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with Conest Software preferred.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $62.00/hr.
