**Location:** Terre Haute, IN
**Pay:** Starting at $19.76/hr up to $25/hr based on experience
**Shifts Available:**
+ **1st Shift:** 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
+ **2nd Shift:** 3:00 PM 11:00 PM (+10% shift differential)
+ **3rd Shift:** 11:00 PM 7:00 AM (+10% shift differential)
**What Youll Do:**
+ Perform basic welding operations including setup, prep, and material handling
+ Weld a variety of materials using **TIG welding** techniques
+ Assemble and rework parts per specifications
+ Certify across multiple material types for TIG and/or EB welding
+ Read blueprints and apply to accurate part assembly and weld
+ Inspect finished welds for defects and quality assurance
+ Use manual, automatic, and dabber TIG (fusion) welding equipment
+ Measure parts using precision tools and ensure tight tolerances
+ Maintain work area cleanliness and tooling
+ Support continuous improvement efforts and safety initiatives
+ Complete additional duties as assigned
**What You Bring:**
+ **1+ years of welding experience** (TIG preferred)
+ High school diploma or GED
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
+ Experience with welding prep and part inspection is a plus
