travel involves 80 miles from El Dorado, AR. Home at night. A heavy

equipment operator is a skilled worker who operates large machinery like

bulldozers, excavators, loaders, cranes, and backhoes on construction

sites, primarily used to move earth, materials, and debris, requiring

them to have specialized training and a deep understanding of safety
