Experienced Carpenter

Mighty Roots is a small design-build and cabinetry company with a focus on quality construction and energy efficiency. We are in search of experienced carpenters and motivated creative thinkers that are passionate about carpentry and building science. The ability to work well with others is essential.
Challenging, interesting work runs from new home construction to large additions and whole-house renovations. We sub out most of our drywall, flooring, roofing, painting, and licensed trades, so carpentry skills and knowledge of renovation and new home build work is critical. Good framing and finish carpentry skills are important. We provide power tools and a generous annual carpenter tool allowance.

Hours and Compensation: 7:30am - 4:00pm Mon-Friday. Compensation commensurate on experience, ranging from $25.00 to $38.00
