Construction Laborer

Key Responsibilities
Assist with site preparation, demolition, and cleanup

Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment

Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery (under supervision)

Mix, pour, and spread concrete, asphalt, and other materials

Support carpenters, masons, and other skilled trades as needed

Follow safety protocols and maintain OSHA standards on site

Requirements
Physically fit: ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Strong attention to safety and detail

Ability to take direction and work as part of a crew

Prior construction experience is preferred but not required
