About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Project Manager to join the Office of the Chief of Staff for Technology. This role will support the execution of key initiatives, assisting in project coordination, documentation , and cross-functional communication. The Associate Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders to ensure project timelines, deliverables, and goals are met while maintaining a strong focus on organization and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing projects by tracking progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Support the development of project documentation, including reports, meeting notes, and status updates.
Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.
Maintain project management tools and dashboards, ensuring accurate data entry and updates.
Assist in preparing presentations and reports for leadership and key stakeholders.
Identify potential project risks and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Provide logistical and administrative support for team meetings, events, and strategic planning sessions.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and efficiencies.
Qualifications & Skills:
2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or related fields, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting reports and presentations.
Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up on action items effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while adapting to shifting priorities.
High level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
Bachelors degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
