AutoCAD Drafter, In-Person (Full-Time or Part-Time)

ABOUT US
We are a boutique interior design firm specializing in high-end residential projects.

THE ROLE
As our AutoCAD Drafter, you will play a key part in transforming design concepts into precise technical drawings. Youll work closely with our principal designer to develop floor plans, lighting plans and elevations for high-end residential interiors. This role can be structured as either full-time or part-time.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Produce accurate AutoCAD drawings, including but not limited to:
-Floor plans
-Elevations
-Sections and Architectural Details

Collaborate with designers to interpret conceptual sketches and specifications
Revise drawings as needed
Organize and maintain CAD file libraries and project documentation

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
AutoCAD proficiency: 2+ years of hands-on experience drafting interior architectural plans
Interior design interest: A passion for residential design, space planning, and material detailing
Technical skills: Ability to create and modify complex floor plans and elevations for large-scale homes
Attention to detail: Meticulous in accuracy, line weights, layering, and annotation
Communication: Clear written and verbal skills; comfortable collaborating within a small team

NICE TO HAVE, NOT REQUIRED
Exposure to Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
