Overview:

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and supporting critical projects that have broad, company-wide impact. This role will work cross-functionally with leaders and teams across the organization, including regular collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and key business stakeholders.

The Project Manager will ensure that strategic initiatives are effectively scoped, planned, executed, and monitored. They will be accountable for developing project frameworks, managing timelines, identifying and mitigating risks, and driving stakeholder alignment to deliver on business objectives.

What You'll Do:

Drive the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic, cross-functional projects across the company

Partner with Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members and project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics

Develop and manage detailed project plans, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables

Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and cross-functional communication to ensure transparency and accountability

Identify project risks and proactively recommend mitigation strategies

Collaborate closely with teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, People, and Operations

Maintain project documentation, track decisions, and ensure follow-through on action items

Ensure projects stay aligned with company priorities, business goals, and resource availability

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by recommending ways to optimize project execution and stakeholder engagement

Proactively provide executive leadership with key reporting on status, updates, risks, etc. on a regular basis

What You'll Bring:

4-6+ years of project management experience, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS, technology, or high-growth company environment

Proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects from planning through execution

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities with executives and cross-functional teams

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, high-change environment

Comfortable working independently, solving problems, and driving projects forward with minimal supervision

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Trello)

PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications a plus, but not required
