Site Development Business Operations Project Manager

Our data centers are the foundation upon which our rapidly scaling infrastructure efficiently operates to deliver our innovative services. Meta is seeking an experienced and organized coordinator/analyst for our Strategy & Operations Team within Site Development. The Strategy & Operations Team's mission is to be a central conduit for strategic direction and business operations leadership for the wider Site Development organization, directly supporting site selection and enablement for Meta's data center capacity needs. This role will be instrumental in ensuring special projects and key initiatives are delivered in a timely manner and with all relevant stakeholder input, identifying gaps and opportunities for process improvement, implementing scalable solutions, and guiding data-driven leadership decisions.Bachelor's degree in a related field e.g., business, economics, environment etc 5+ years of experience in business operations or project coordination/management Proven experience to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Experience building and managing relationships a variety of cross-functional partners Practical analytical experience and organizational skills, with attention to detail, while managing multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Experience in the data center industry Experience with project management and data analytics/visualization tools Experience working with budgets, purchase orders, and invoices Certification in project management or operations management (e.g., Project Management Professional, Agile Methodology)
