Plumbing Foreman**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Plumber/Pipefitting Foreman for a 3-month contract with potential for extension based on performance and project availability. Exceptional performers may have an opportunity for permanent placement after 9 months. This role involves overseeing commercial and industrial plumbing projects, including wastewater systems, storm drains, and underground utilities for manufacturing plants, hospitals, and other heavy commercial sites.

**Responsibilities**

+ Manage commercial and industrial plumbing work from rough-in to finished stages.

+ Layout, cut, assemble, and install piping systems independently and as part of a team.

+ Install and work with black pipe, copper, Victaulic grooved piping, and cast iron.

+ Read and interpret blueprints or effectively follow directions.

+ Install valves, fittings, drainage systems, and other fixtures.

+ Prepare and clean work sites.

+ Work independently and collaborate with the team.

+ Maintain a high standard of quality in work.

+ Comfortable working from heights.

+ Provide own hand and power tools and have reliable transportation.

**Essential Skills**

+ 3+ years of experience in commercial/industrial plumbing.

+ Proficiency with cast iron and copper piping.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Possession of personal hand and power tools.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ OSHA-10 certification is a significant advantage.

+ Lift certifications are highly beneficial.

**Work Environment**

This role involves industrial and commercial construction work in hospitals, manufacturing plants, and heavy commercial settings. Expect a fast-paced environment where maintaining quality is paramount. The workweek is Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 3:30 pm, with potential variations based on job site requirements.

This is a Contract position based out of Danville, Pennsylvania.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
