Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops. Inform farmers or farm managers of crop progress. Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops. Load agricultural products into trucks, and drive trucks to market or storage facilities. Clean work areas, and maintain grounds and landscaping. Maintain farm buildings, fences, and other structures.
Crops: Canola, Durum, Soy Beans.
Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
