Location: Prior Lake, MN

Job Type: Full-Time | 1st & 2nd Shifts Available

Pay: Competitive, based on experience/weld test

**Available Shifts:**

+ 1st Shift: MondayFriday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

+ 2nd Shift: MondayThursday, 3:00 PM 1:30 AM

**What Youll Do:**

+ Perform MIG welding on a variety of custom products

+ Read and interpret blueprints and project plans (training provided for entry-level)

+ Assist with layout, tacking, and fabrication

+ Work in a job shop environment where every day brings something new

+ Follow all safety procedures and use provided PPE

**What Were Looking For:**

+ Entry-Level: Welding school graduates or individuals with a strong interest in welding and mechanical work

+ Experienced: Proficiency in MIG welding, blueprint reading, and fabrication

+ Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

+ Ability to use tape measures and basic shop math

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
