Construction Laborer Position

Residential Construction Laborer is an entry-level position with training.
Assist with PMs & superintendents in the field on various tasks including jobsite clean up, basic use of hand tools and equipment, and other general construction labor.
Assists with the loading and unloading of materials and delivery trucks.
Ensures that job sites and staging areas are kept safe, clean and organized.
Works outside five days a week.
The Laborer/Helper must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with crew members.

Requirements
Must have a vehicle and the ability to commute to job sites in and around Sarasota/Manatee County. A valid drivers license is required.
Background check will be required with no criminal history.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

8 hour shift
Work Location: In person/Outdoors on construction sites
