Civil Engineer - Construction Management Forensic Expert

You are a P.E. with 15+ years hands-on Construction Management experience and a B.S. in Civil Engineering. You are looking for a new and unique challenge to put your accumulated training, education, and experience to work.

Robson Forensic, a longstanding national forensic consulting firm with an excellent reputation in the legal and scientific community, is looking for a Civil Engineer – Construction Manager like you with broad construction management expertise. As an investigative consultant , you will help resolve civil litigation and insurance claims where technical and scientific answers are needed.

Description:

  • You will investigate construction incidents.
  • You will analyze construction site procedures.
  • You will prepare written expert reports.
  • You will testify in depositions and court.
  • You will collaborate with attorneys and other technical experts.

Requirements:

  • You have a P.E. license.
  • You have a B.S. in Civil Engineering
  • You have 15+ years of hands-on experience in construction management, including commercial .
  • Your experience in single-family, high-rise, industrial, land development, and/or heavy/highway construction is a plus.
  • You have experience with quality control and safety issues on construction sites.
  • You have thorough working knowledge of contracts, means & methods, scheduling, estimating, and subcontractor management.
  • You can work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • You have excellent technical, analytical, writing and communication skills .
  • You are willing to travel about 20% on average.
