We are a family owned and operated excavation company looking for construction ground laborers with potential of heavy equipment operating training. Our main operations are single family home excavation. We are looking for self-motivated individuals that can keep up the pace of our timelines and work ethics. The most important is that this is very physical job and need to move with intension and be able to keep up and be mindful of your surroundings and be Reliable. We are willing to train the right individual in possible heavy equipment operations. Must be able to keep up with workload.
Would like experienced groundmen but are willing to train only enthusiastic cantates.

Requirements:
Must be 18 + with valid driver's license.
Transportation and valid auto insurance
Be able to work 40+ hours per week
Have strong work ethics
Hold a positive attitude and a (get the job done) personality trait
Be physically fit to keep up with the physical demands of the work
Be trainable in all aspects of the jobsite and equipment used safely
Be a team player and reliable
Show Initiative in work training and be able to multi-task

Job Description:
Single family home excavation including dirt and three-quarter rock placement.
Shoveling and raking of dirt and 3/4 in garage footing walls and patio areas
Assist Heavy Equipment Operators
Install Water lines under footings
Install sewer lines running to main lines
Install conduit from main line
Back fill all dry utilities
Rake sand inside open crawl space
Install Driveway, sidewalks and parking strip drains. (Operator assisted)
Back fill Garages and patios at grade
Learn elevation dimensions
